STYLEman365 B2B acts as a virtual showroom for your trade customers, allowing them to become self-serving in placing orders, checking stock and account enquiries, getting access to copy invoices etc. It is also suitable for sales and customer service staff to create virtual sales catalogues for all or specific customers, and to act as the first port of call for customer service. It is accessible both on PCs and mobile devices.
The application is primarily aimed at field sales staff and customers, allowing them to enter orders, check stock availability, and perform order and account enquiries. Orders are priced using the same multi-tier price lists, discounts, special prices and promotions as supported by STYLEman365 ERP, and at the end of the order, an acknowledgement may be emailed to the customer.
Styles may be grouped into collections for offer via STYLEman365 B2B, where a collection may be a subset of the full range. Orders may be taken for Forward sales (when a purchase has not yet been made) or Stock sales, where available stock is checked in real time from STYLEman365 ERP. The system also supports “catalogue” sales, where the collection may be browsed, and “showroom” sales, where bar codes on your samples are used as the trigger to show a full colour/size matrix.
To assist in the selling process, the sales team can curate their own catalogues/linesheets which can be seasonal and/or customer specific. Sales can also create Looks which allow for complimentary products to be linked and then ordered together.
Catalogues can have additional imagery, video and colour swatches added to build a comprehensive information pack about each style, and then customised for specific customers or campaigns. Sample suggested orders may be created to simplify order capture, and for field sales staff, Google maps integration and an appointments calendar are included.
