One of our application consultants will be appointed as Project Manager for each implementation, and generally our customers will have met the individual during their decision process.
The Project Manager is responsible for implementing the system, and will involve other OSL resources as needed, including technical and networking services, training, and development. They will also be responsible for liaison with your key staff and any third parties involved, for example, equipment suppliers, web designers or ISPs.
The Project Manager will also create the Implementation Plan and use it to drive implementation of the system on-time and on-budget. All Project Managers report directly to the Operations Director.
